Failed videos are refunded automatically
If your video can’t be generated, we refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically. Refunds usually reach your card in 5–10 business days.
Finished videos
Because each video uses paid GPU time as soon as you check out, we don’t refund finished videos just because you’d like a different result. If your video is clearly broken (for example, blank, corrupted or missing a person), email us within 7 days with your result link and we’ll refund or re-render it.
